San Diego, CA, November 1, 2021 – Emerald Textiles (“Emerald” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Los Angeles-based private investment firm Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, LLC (“Pacific Avenue”), announces the retirement of Jaye Park, former President of Emerald Textiles.
“After 11 remarkable years of leading Emerald’s fast-moving expansion to 6 facilities across California, Nevada, and Utah, our Emerald leadership will continue to provide top tier service and quality for years to come.” said Jaye Park, former President of Emerald Textiles. “It is with immense gratitude after 45 years in the industry that I announce my retirement effective November 1, 2021.”

For nearly 45 years, Jaye has been a trailblazer of the industry touching the lives of the many communities he’s reached. Jaye got his start in the linen, uniform and facility services industry in the late ’70s. While finishing his college education in business administration in 1978, Jaye started his professional career as a driver for Blue Seal Linen Supply. After the company was acquired by Angelica in 1982, Jaye quickly worked his way up in the organization where at only 28, he became the general manager of Angelica’s Market Street facility in San Diego. In 1984, Park was promoted to regional manager, and then again to vice president of the Southwest market. Jaye and his team were the highest performing region in the company for most of the 33 years that he worked with Angelica.
